Our services during COVID-19

Our services during COVID-19

16th April 2020

We have been working very hard to adapt our services during COVID-19 outbreak to ensure that we are continuing to provide our services in Clackmannanshire and meet people’s needs during this outbreak. We are doing this both locally and nationally.

Local service

We would like to reassure Clackmannanshire residents that our services remain open for telephone and email advice.

To receive free, confidential, impartial advice, you can contact us Monday to Friday 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. on:

- 01259 219404

- bureau@clackscab.casonline.org.uk

National service

We are also assisting the Citizens Advice Network, alongside other CABs, in providing advice services nationally with Scotland's Citizens Advice Helpline. This can be contacted on 0800 028 1456 and is available Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The national helpline will supplement the services currently offered by Scotland's 59 local CABs. Anyone in Scotland can call the number for free, confidential, impartial advice on any issue.

There is also advice, which is regularly updated, available online at: www.citizensadvice.org.uk/Scotland
